Erin Iwaskiewicz

Erin Iwaskiewicz joined the conference staff in June of 2013 and serves as the Director of Video and Creative Services. Iwaskiewicz was hired as America East’s first full-time staff member devoted to video after spending three years as Lehigh University’s Multimedia and Broadcast Director.
 
In her role, Iwaskiewicz operates as the conference's primary contact for all aspects of America East’s digital video and multimedia production, including producing and maintaining the conference's video inventory, helping develop and implement the conference's multimedia strategy and serving as the conference's in-house graphic designer. Iwaskiewicz also oversees all aspects of the conference's digital network, AmericaEast.TV.
 
While serving as Lehigh’s Multimedia and Broadcast Director, Iwaskiewicz oversaw the day-to-day operations of Lehigh’s multimedia department, developing the strategy and execution of all digital projects which included graphics, new media design, web enhancement and social media. In that role she guided staff and student interns each semester, leading the production of over 200 live broadcast while creating and managing on-demand content for Lehigh Athletics. She also served as the department’s lead creative director, designing graphics and signage for use on multiple platforms to best enhance the university’s brand.
 
Prior to joining Lehigh’s administrative staff, Iwaskiewicz was an assistant women’s soccer coach for the Mountain Hawks from 2008-2010. As a student-athlete, she was a four-year starting goalkeeper for Lehigh, three-time All Patriot League First Team selection, Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year (2003) and Goalkeeper of the Year (2004). She earned the Lehigh Athletics Department’s highest honor when she was named Scholar-Athlete of the Year in 2005 and was later chosen as a member of the Patriot League's 25th Anniversary Team in August of 2015.

Iwaskiewicz received a Bachelor's degree in Art from Lehigh in 2005 and went on to serve as a graduate assistant soccer coach for Bucknell, earning a Master's degree in Education in 2008. She holds an NSCAA National and Advanced National Diploma in soccer coaching. Additionally, Iwaskiewicz has had video and design work recognized by Sports Video Group and NACMA. In 2015 & 2016, she served as a video editor with the NCAA at the women's basketball Final Four.
