Jordan Reed had career highs of 15 points and 11 rebounds, his first career double-double.
Alson on Wednesday, Maine fell at Holy Cross, 57-54, despite a monster double-double from Alasdair Fraser (21 points, 15 rebounds), and UMBC fell at Loyola, 86-70, despite a career-high tying 28 points from Chase Plummer, the conference's top returning scorer from last year.
