Four Women's Basketball Teams Hit the Floor Tuesday Night

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Four women's basketball teams are in action on Tuesday night as team's play their final games before taking a break for Thanksgiving.

Two teams play local rivals, with Boston University making the short trip to Northeastern at 7 p.m. and UMBC hosting Towson at 5 p.m.

Towson and UMBC have played 56 times in the history of both programs, with the Tigers winning 32 of those matchups. The teams have split the last ten meetings, but the Retrievers have won three of the last four.

Boston University and Northeastern will be playing for the 71st time, with the Terriers holding a 39-31 all-time advantage. Boston U. and Northeastern have met every season since 1976, and were former America East foes. The Terriers are 16-5 against the Huskies since 200-01.

Also in action, New Hampshire will be making a trip to Boston to take on Boston College, and Binghamton finishes off its trip to the midwest with a game at Belmont.
