Four of the conference's men's basketball teams will be in action on Tuesday night, including one on national television and two at home. Boston U (0-3) will go for its first win when it faces Rutgers at 7:30 p.m. in a game that will air on ESPN3. An America East team has faced Rutgers in three of the previous four years with Binghamton beating the Scarlet Knights in 2008. Preseason all-league choice D.J. Irving is tied for second among conference leaders in scoring through three games, averaging 16.0 points per game. Hartford (1-2) and UMBC (1-2) will both host games Tuesday. The Hawks go for their second-straight win when they face La Salle at 7 p.m. while the Retrievers welcome Central Connecticut State at 7:30 p.m. Also on Tuesday, Albany (3-2) plays its third game in four days down at South Carolina State.
