CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The America East Conference is proud to announce a partnership with Enthuse to create a fan loyalty rewards program for America East fans, the conference office and Enthuse announced on Wednesday.

Enthuse is a mobile application that allows sports fans to earn points and real-rewards for engaging with their favorite teams. America East fans can earn points for checking in to games and special fan events, as well as for posting photos that show their team spirit. They will also be able to earn points for engagement on Twitter and Facebook.

Fans can redeem their points for rewards such as America East gear, tickets to games, gift cards, and other fan experiences such as two all-session passes to the 2013 America East Men's and Women's Basketball Championships in Albany, N.Y in mid-March.

Fans also have the ability to use their points on Enthuse rewards including a chance to walk the red carpet at the ESPY Awards.

The America East is the first college conference to partner with Enthuse. Other partners include the University of Miami, University of North Carolina and Butler University. Enthuse also was the official fan rewards app for the 2012 Jimmy V Classic.

To get started, download the free Enthuse app for iPhone from the App Store or Android in the Google Play Store. Fans can follow their favorite America East teams and start earning points today. The America East fan competitions will start with the beginning of conference basketball play on January 2, 2013.
