New Hampshire Scores Season-High 77 Points in Win Over Wagner
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - New Hampshire scored a season-high 77 points as the Wildcats beat Wagner, 77-54, in the lone America East game on Monday night.
The Wildcats (5-5) jumped out to a 23-6 lead midway through the first half and never led by fewer than 11 points the rest of the way.
New Hampshire forced the Seahawks into 19 turnovers, converting those into 29 points. The Wildcats also shot 47-percent from the floor.
Morgan Frame and Cari Reed led the way with 14 points each, while Kaylee Kirkpatrick had a career-high 11 rebounds.
Reed also moved into third-place on UNH's all-time leaderboard, hitting three 3-pointers to give her 143 for her career.
No games on Tuesday night in the America East with Stony Brook visiting St. Francis Brooklyn on Wednesday night at 7 p.m.
