Boston U. Hosts Vermont Tuesday, Albany Improves to 13-4 Monday

Boston U. and Vermont will meet for the 97th time when the Catamounts visit the Terriers Tuesday. On Monday, Albany beat Binghamton for its 10th win in its last 12 games.

Vermont (9-5, 2-0 AE) is coming off a dominant 70-45 win over Albany on Saturday. The Cats, who swept last year's season set with the Terriers, are is 52-14 (.788) in conference play since the start of the 2008-09 season. Seven different Catamounts have led the team in scoring in their 14 games this year. Boston U. (6-9, 0-2 AE) has dropped three straight and will look to avoid its first 0-3 America East start since the 1991-92 season. The Terriers have had tough luck this season, as  six of the their nine losses have been by three points or less and by a combined 13 points.

On Monday, Albany (13-4, 2-1 AE) held Binghamton to 34 percent shooting en route to a 71-59 win. Sam Rowley had a career day, recording his first career double-double with 21 points and 13 rebounds. John Puk added 13 points, while Luke Devlin had 10 off the bench. Taylor Johnston had a game and career-high 22 points for Binghamton.
