America East Shining Stars
America East expects its student-athletes to be Shining Stars not only on the court but in the classroom and community as well. We invite you to catch the Shining Stars at the Binghamton University Events Center from March 7-9.

America East has continued to see its basketball profile rise since Vermont's stunning upset of Syracuse in the first round of the NCAA Championship in 2005. In 2006-07, America East sent two teams to the postseason for the fourth time in five years as Albany participated in the NCAA Championship while Vermont was selected for the NIT.

This season, March Madness begins at the Events Center where nine teams while compete for three days with one goal: Win the America East Championship and earn an automatic bid to the NCAA Championship. The Events Center is a wonderful venue for college basketball. Don't miss your chance to catch a Shining Star.
